Shipping Carrier Information
We ship all orders using a trusted third-party shipping service called Chit Chats. They work with reliable carriers like Canada Post, United States Postal Service (USPS), and other regional partners when necessary. Every order comes with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package’s journey.
We’ve successfully sent hundreds of packages using Chit Chats, and they’ve proven to be an excellent partner in ensuring timely deliveries. Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to stay updated on its status.
Shipping Issues
While we do our best to ensure your package is sent safely, we are not responsible for any issues that occur after it leaves our shop. If your package is delayed, lost, or held in customs, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number for the most up-to-date information.
If you would like extra protection for your order, we offer the option to purchase shipping insurance. This covers lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If you’re interested in adding insurance, please contact us before placing your order.
We understand how frustrating shipping issues can be, and while we wish we could personally deliver each package, we appreciate your understanding and patience in these situations.
Changing Your Mailing Address
If you realize you’ve made a mistake with your shipping address, please reach out to us immediately! We’re happy to correct it if your order hasn’t been processed yet.
However, we work quickly to get orders out the door, and once a package has shipped, we can no longer make changes. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or assist in locating misdelivered packages if an incorrect address was provided.

International Shipping Information
We are based in Canada and ship internationally using Chit Chats, which partners with carriers like USPS for U.S. deliveries. A tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your package.
While tracking typically updates in real-time, occasional delays may occur once a package crosses international borders. If your tracking hasn’t updated for a while, don’t worry! It’s likely still on its way to you.
Estimated International Delivery Times:
• United States: 6-8 business days (may vary during peak times)
• Other International Destinations: Varies depending on location and customs processing
Please note that we are not responsible for lost international packages. If you’d like extra protection, we recommend adding shipping insurance. Contact us for more details before placing your order.
Current Shipping Times
We’re committed to getting your products to you as quickly as possible! Here’s what to expect:
• Within Canada: Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment.
• Made-to-Order Products: Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your handmade items to be created. After they’re ready, they will be shipped using your selected shipping method. You will receive a tracking number once your package is on its way.
