We use 100% acrylic wool in all our products. Acrylic wool is soft, durable, and hypoallergenic, making it a great choice for people with sensitive skin or wool allergies. It is also easy to care for and retains its shape and color beautifully over time.

Do you allow returns or exchanges?

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If you have any concerns about your order, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to make things right.

How should I wash and care for my handmade items?

• Machine washing: Use a gentle cycle with cold water, place the item in a mesh laundry bag for extra protection, and hang or lay flat to dry. Avoid using a dryer, as heat can cause the fibers to lose their shape.
